About the RCNi Portfolio
The RCNi Portfolio in association with RCN Learn was created to give the nursing support workforce, students, and all non-revalidating healthcare professionals a safe secure space to document their learning and achievements.
You can use the Portfolio to help with appraisals, to reflect on your learning, and to store your documents.
It has sections such as CPD, reflective accounts, and practice-related feedback with easy-to-use prompt forms to help organise your thoughts and upload supporting documents.
The Portfolio is designed to auto-generate a new Portfolio with each calendar year, neatly archiving older Portfolios that remain accessible to you for as long as you need them. You can download your Portfolio into an easily transferable and organised PDF document.
This is an RCN Group product, available freely to RCN members, and to RCNi Plus and *NS Student subscribers.
Subscribers also get access to CPD quizzes and an in-depth archive of articles and learning modules to help further studies or career development.
